Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Safe Mode Dad website, newsletter, videos and products, published by Core Labs Consultoria LTDA, Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil ("we"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. For adults

You must be at least 18 to subscribe, buy or contact us. Safe Mode Dad is not directed to children.

2. Educational information, not professional advice

Our content is general information about device and account settings. It is not legal, medical, psychological or professional security advice, and it is not written for your specific family. Decisions about your child are yours. For individual questions, talk to a pediatrician, a counselor or an attorney.

3. No guarantee of safety

No setting, app or product can make a child completely safe online. Following our guides reduces risk; it does not remove it. Menus and features change when devices and apps update, so a step may differ from what you see. Each guide states the date and version we verified.

4. Third-party products and affiliate links

We mention products and services we do not control and are not responsible for. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. They are disclosed next to the link. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not mean they endorse us.

5. Purchases

Paid products are sold through Hotmart, which acts as the seller of record. Price, payment and refund terms are shown at checkout and apply to your order. Digital products are licensed for your personal, household use and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Our content

Text, video and graphics are owned by Core Labs Consultoria LTDA or its licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Please do not republish full guides or sell our material without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or submit information about children.

8. Third-party platforms

Our videos are hosted on platforms such as YouTube, and watching them there is subject to that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The content is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the content, and our total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes are handled by the courts of Guarulhos, São Paulo, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
